The Gardner Edgerton School District is proud to provide an extensive set of benefits, giving employees a unique flexible benefit system which allows employees to refine personal coverage to meet their specific needs and preferences.
Enrollment is offered to eligible newly hired employees, as well as annually during open enrollment for all eligible employees. Mid-year changes are only permitted when employees experience a qualifying life event.
